    We begin with a thorough intake process to understand your unique needs, challenges, and goals. This includes evaluating both your physical and emotional relationship with your voice.

    You’ll learn proven techniques to synchronize heart and brain rhythms, helping you stay calm and centered during communication, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Somatic Practices

How it Works

1. Voice Questionnaire

Share your voice concerns/wishes

2. 60-75 min Initial Visit (in person/virtual)

May include gathering a more detailed history, voice evaluation and exploration of voice care practices, advice for vocal wellness

3. Voice Care Plan

We create a personalized voice care plan together which may include 1:1 sessions and/or group sessions
